What does Confidential mean?
By continuing with your submission, you agree that the following information is not confidential:
- Submission Title,
- applicable product area,
- if the invention has been sold, offered for sale, disclosed in a printed publication, or otherwise publicly disclosed.
Information will qualify as confidential information only as long as it is not publicly available. If the information is public knowledge, the information will not be considered confidential. A published patent application does not qualify as confidential information.
