The survival estimates for generators are based on devices registered as implanted in Medtronic's Device Registration Tracking Application (DTrak) system (predominantly United States implants).

The survival estimates provided in this report are considered to be representative of the aggregate worldwide performance of this model. The actual longevity achieved for any single device while implanted will depend on the actual programmed parameters and patient factors, and may differ significantly from these aggregate estimates.
