Medtronic recently received pre-registration information for you to attend an upcoming medical education program titled, Innovating for Life, Medtronic Allied Healthcare Professional Symposia for Allied Healthcare Professionals occurring on May 11-12, 2015 at the Westin Copley Place in Boston, MA.
In order to process your registration appropriately, please check the box that most closely aligns with your current plans and answer the following statements.
Medtronic Business Conduct Policies will NOT allow for complimentary air transportation to attend a Symposium in conjunction with an industry conference (HRS) when the attendee has prior formal plans to attend. Medtronic will offer to reimburse airline change fees or incremental costs associated with a ticket change in order to attend the Medtronic sponsored Symposium. Medtronic Business Conduct Policies will allow for complimentary air transportation to attend a Symposium in conjunction with an industry conference when the invited individual has no formal plans to attend the industry conference (HRS). Please note: should your travel plans change between the time of your registration and booking travel, Medtronic will require further information about your travel plans before flights are approved.
Medtronic will arrange transportation between the airport and the Westin Copley Place on Monday, May 11th.
At the conclusion of the symposia on May 12th, transportation will be available to your HRS hotel or to the airport.
Medtronic will not be able to complete your confirmation for the Innovating for Life, Medtronic Allied Healthcare Professionals Symposia until we’ve received a response to the above questions. We appreciate your prompt reply.
